When purchasing a product from Horizon Development's webstore (horizon-development-store.tebex.io) you automatically agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
General Terms and Conditions:
- Horizon Development can only guarantee that the purchased product will work if it is used on the recommended system, with the recommended system settings and with the specified dependencies. The recommended system can be found for all products in our webstore. The recommended system settings and dependencies can be found in the CFX Forum post for the product and in the product documentation. In all cases, the defined dependencies can be downloaded free of charge.
- Unauthorized distribution of our products, their source code, modified source code, or any part of their source code is prohibited.
- Our products use the Tebex Asset Escrow system, and access to the product after purchase is granted to the CFX account you used to log in to our online store before purchase. Servers wishing to use the product must use any license key of the CFX account with access. We are not responsible for purchases made on the wrong CFX account, lost products on CFX accounts, or other similar incidents. Access to the product is granted once after purchase.
- Horizon Development reserves the right to release updates to its products at any time that may change the way they work. Only the latest version will be offered to customers for download.
- Horizon Development reserves the right to remove a product from the webstore and that product will no longer be available for purchase. However, the product will remain available to customers who have previously purchased it and they will continue to be able to use the product unchanged.
- Horizon Development guarantees its customers full support for the products they purchase through their Discord server. Support does not apply to products purchased from other sources than Horizon Development's webstore and Horizon Development is not responsible for these products.
- Horizon Development reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate the support provided to the customer or apply other sanctions in case of any violation of Horizon Development's terms and conditions by the customer.
Horizon Plus subscription terms and conditions:
- Horizon Plus, a service provided by Horizon Development, is an automatically renewing monthly subscription. The subscription can be cancelled at any time.
- Horizon Development reserves the right to change the price of the Horizon Plus subscription at any time. It will inform customers at least 7 days before the price change takes effect via the Discord server and also on the Tebex Webstore.
- Horizon Development reserves the right to terminate any customer's Horizon Plus subscription at any time. It will inform customers at least 7 days prior to termination via the Discord server and also on the Tebex Webstore.
- Horizon Development reserves the right to terminate the Horizon Plus subscription service at any time, after which the service will no longer be available.
Horizon Development reserves the right to change the products and services offered under the Horizon Plus subscription at any time. This may include adding new services, products or benefits or removing existing ones.
All services, rewards and other benefits of the Horizon Plus subscription are available to customers with a Horizon Plus subscription as long as the subscription is not terminated.
The Horizon Plus subscription offers unlimited access to the products listed in the Tebex Webstore. Unlimited access includes the use of selected products, does not include modification of the product outside of the configuration files and distribution of the product. The products listed in the Horizon Plus subscription are completely identical to the same products sold separately in the Tebex Webstore, with the one exception that for each listed product of the Horizon Plus subscription, only the configuration files can be modified and viewed, even if, in the case of purchasing the products separately, Horizon Development offers full access to souce code. In all cases, the selected products are subject to the General Terms and Conditions, and their use may require the use of a recommended framework or dependencies, which are indicated for each product in the Tebex Webstore.
Horizon Plus subscription includes Priority Support, where Horizon Development offers customers with a Horizon Plus subscription an advantage over customers without a subscription in the speed of response for support on the Discord server. Horizon Development does not guarantee a specific response time for customers with a subscription, nor does Horizon Development guarantee a different quality of support.
Horizon Development reserves the right to, at its discretion, change the terms under which the services on the website and Discord server are offered. The most current version of the Terms and Conditions will supersede all previous versions. To stay informed of our updates we encourage you to periodically review these terms.
